M&T's Services - Terms and Conditions

1. Equipment Rental Clause

​

If specialized equipment is required to complete the project, M&T's Services will arrange for the rental of such equipment. The cost of the equipment rental will be itemized separately on the invoice and will be the responsibility of the client. M&T's Services will cover the cost of delivery of the rented equipment to the job site. The client is responsible for any associated fees or penalties resulting from the use or return of the equipment, including but not limited to damage, late returns, or misuse, regardless of who operates the equipment. We will provide the client with a copy of the rental agreement for their records.

2.  Payment and Down Payments

 

All services provided by M&T Services require a down payment to cover expenses such as fuel, equipment rentals, and materials. This condition does not apply to jobs totaling less than $150.

3.  Full Payment for Work Completed

 

Full payment is due upon completion of the services provided by M&T's Services. Exceptions are made for government and business entities that operate on end-of-month payment schedules. M&T's Services accepts payments via cash, checks from reputable sources, Cash App, Venmo, and PayPal as of December 2025.

4.  Right to Refuse Service

 

M&T's Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work environment is deemed hostile. In such cases, any deposit paid will be non-refundable. This clause does not apply to minor disagreements.

5.  Working Schedule/Time of Job Completion

 

Each job will have an estimated completion schedule established at the start. This timeline may be affected by weather conditions, health issues, or job site accessibility. M&T's Services is committed to completing all jobs in a fast and professional manner.

6.  Cancellation of a Job

​

If a client cancels a job for any reason, they will be charged for the amount of work completed. If the job has not started and a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made 30 days in advance. Exceptions may be considered in extreme circumstances such as death, loss of property, financial hardship, or extreme family emergencies.

7.  Quality of Work

 

M&T's Services maintains a high standard of quality and guarantees the fulfillment of all line items as specified in the project estimate.

8. Unauthorized Work

​

 

Any work performed beyond the scope of the services itemized in the attached bill or estimate requires prior written approval from the homeowner. No additional charges will be incurred for unapproved services.

 

 

9. Price Guarantee

​

 

The total cost for the services outlined in this agreement shall not exceed the amount specified in the attached bill or estimate, unless changes to the scope of work are mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

10.  Snow Removal and Quality of Work

 

M&T's Services is dedicated to providing high-quality snow removal services while prioritizing community safety. In snow removal operations for commercial properties, M&T's Services will ensure that no handicapped walking spaces or pedestrian walkways are left snow-packed. Depending on weather conditions and property size, it may take several days to clear all walkways. M&T's Services guarantees that all walkways will be made as safe as possible. If a client insists that a pedestrian walkway must be left snow-packed, they will be required to sign a waiver form.
