1.  Client Privacy

 

M&T's Services is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients. Clients will be asked for consent before any pictures of their property are used for advertising purposes. If job-related pictures are published for promotional or advertisement use, no client names or contact information will be disclosed.

2.  Duty to Report Abuse

 

M&T's Services and its employees have a legal and ethical obligation to report any witnessed or suspected abuse to the appropriate authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, child abuse, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, elder abuse, and unauthorized persons on property (e.g., squatters). M&T Services is also committed to fully cooperating with law enforcement to uphold community safety and legal standards.
